 Complete Preliminary Patch Test with your client:
The preparation may cause skin irritations on certain allergic individuals. Therefore a preliminary patch test is advised with Xora Cream Hair Color.
Apply a small amount of the preparation on the inner surface of the forearm or behind the ear, after gently cleansing the area with soap and water.
First Time Application for hair that has never been colored
Mix 1 oz. Xora Cream Hair Color with 2 oz. Xora Oxide in a small, non-metallic bowl. Apply mixture to dry or towel dried hair, starting where hair is darkest (usually the nape of the neck), but leaving approximately 3/4 inch of the roots untouched. Work the misture down towards the ends. Leave on approximately 20 minutes depending on the shade desired. Then apply mixture to roots for additional 20-25 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Shampoo and rinse with Color Care.
Retouch Application:
Mix 1 oz. Xora Cream Hair Color with 2 oz. Xora Oxide in a small, non-metallic bowl. Apply mixture to dry or towel-dried hair to the re-growth area and leave on for 20-25 minutes. Then comb through the rest of the hair and leave on for an additional 3-5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Shampoo and rinse with Color Care.
Caution:
Do not leave Xora Cream Hair Color on the hair for more than 45 minutes, even in difficult cases.
Do not leave on processed ends for more than 5 min.
Do not use Xora Cream Hair Color on hair that has been previously processed with metallic dyes.
